Your Educational Journey

Our one-year program is strategically divided between two premier institutions to provide comprehensive training in both legal and technical aspects of cybersecurity.

First Semester: NFSU, India

Focus on digital forensics, cybercrime investigation techniques, and foundation legal principles. Hands-on training in state-of-the-art forensic laboratories with exposure to real-world case studies.

Second Semester: TSUL, Uzbekistan

Advanced study of international cyber law, policy development, and regulatory frameworks. Engage with legal experts and policy makers while developing expertise in cross-border digital crime investigation.

Research Project & Thesis

How to Join Our Program

We seek motivated candidates with strong academic backgrounds and a passion for cybersecurity and law. Our admissions process is designed to identify students with the potential to excel in this challenging field.

Complete the online application form and upload required documents including transcripts, CV, and statement of purpose.

Online Interview

Selected candidates will be invited for an online interview to assess English language skills and knowledge of basic cybersecurity concepts.

Receive admission decision based on your cumulative performance. Limited to 30 students per cohort.

Eligibility Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution
English language proficiency at B2 level or higher (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent)
Strong academic background with minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
Basic understanding of law, computer science, or related fields
Demonstrated interest in cybersecurity and digital justice

Tuition & Costs

First Semester (NFSU): $1,500 USD
Second Semester (TSUL): Fee determined by Uzbekistan regulations (approximately 55× base calculation amount)
Accommodation costs vary between $200-$500 per month depending on location and preferences
Additional expenses: Travel, insurance, visa fees, and personal living costs

This program stands out for its dual-country experience, joint degree from two prestigious institutions, specialized focus on cybercrime law with digital forensics, and limited batch size ensuring personalized education. What is the language of instruction?
The program is conducted entirely in English at both institutions. All lectures, examinations, and thesis work will be in English, requiring a minimum B2 level proficiency.
Is accommodation provided for international students?
Both universities provide dormitory accommodation options. At NFSU, dormitory fees are not included in the tuition fee. Students may also arrange private accommodation. The program coordinators will provide assistance with finding suitable housing in both locations.
Are scholarships available?
Currently, there are no designated scholarships specifically for this program. However, students may explore external funding opportunities from their home countries, international organizations, or private foundations. Program coordinators can provide guidance on potential funding sources.
What support is provided for visa arrangements?
Both institutions provide necessary documentation and guidance for student visa applications. Admitted students will receive official acceptance letters and supporting documents required for visa applications.
